'Le Tilleuil' is a pretty well appointed chambres d-hôtes and one half of our 18th century farmhouse set in a small hamlet on the Charente/Dordogne border. We are in the heart of beautiful forested countryside with gentle rolling hillsides on the edge of the Perigord Vert. A peaceful rural area with rivers and lakes for canoeing, boating and fishing. You can meander around the weekly markets in nearby Brantome, Piegut or Riberac, buy fresh produce and local specialities, then rest in a bar or café to sit and watch the world go by. There are numerous quiet lanes and woodlands you can walk or cycle or you can go to the concerts, fetes and brocantes which are held all summer.
We have tried to make it feel like a 'home from home' so you can have a calm, relaxing stay.
